Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of cave

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to dirty the walls, ceilings or floor of the cave, as well as to pollute the air and water in it.
2. It is prohibited to drill and widen any cracks in the walls, ceiling or floor of the cave, except for the purposes of rescue missions.
3. It is prohibited to use explosives, except for the purposes of rescue missions.
4. It is prohibited to maked noise, which is above 45 Leq (dBA);
5. It is prohibited to cause vibrations;
6. It is prohibited to throw out or store any objects, toxic or radioactive substances or other waste matter.
7. It is prohibited to start fires and blacken with smoke;
8. It is prohibited to use lighting with an open flame, with the exception of acetylene, gas or gasolene lamps;
9. It is prohibited to carry out all activites which lead to the destruction, damaging, or removal of pre-historic drawings, signs, archeological or other artefacts, except in the event of rescue missions.
10. It is prohibited to destroy, damage or displace objects from the cave infrastructure.
11. It is prohibited to remove from the cave elements of the cave structure.
12. It is prohibited to destroy, damage or remove objects from the cave infrastructure, except in the event of a rescue mission.
13. It is prohibited to destroy, damage or remove plants or parts of plants from the caves.
14. It is prohibited to disturb, intoxicate, catch, kill, displace, keep hostage in the cave, or carry out animals, which are permanent or temporary inhabitants of the caves in the all the stages of their development;
15. It is prohibited to destroy, damage or displace the nests or dens of animals, which are temporary or permanent inhabitants of the caves.
16. It is prohibited to dig up the sediments, remove, displace or damage the paleontological and archaeological findings, except in the event of archaeological or paleontological research.
17. It is prohibited to dispose of live or dead animals or their body parts.
18. It is prohibited to fill up, block, or destroy the entrances of the cave and its galleries.
19. It is prohibited to make any permanent markings or drawings on the walls, ceilings or the floor, except for the purposes of cartography.
20. It is prohibited to develop public utilites in the galleries or use them for tourist visits, except in the already developed part of the cave.
21. It is prohibited to use the cave for sheltering domestic animals, as storage area, growing mushrooms or other agricultural activities.
22. It is prohibited to extract any sort of materials (rocks, cave formations, clay, guano, etc.) from the interior or the entrance section of the cave;
23. It is prohibited to organize tourist visits in the undeveloped section of the cave.
24. It is prohibited to organized tourist visits in the developed section of the cave in the period November 1 - April 1.
25. It is prohibited to organize tourists visits outside the 9 - 17 timeframe;
26. It is prohibited to allow inside the cave groups of toursists larger than 15 people.
27. It is prohibited for individuals or groups of tourists to enter the cave without a guide.
28. It is prohibited to carry out all activities, which fall under the plan for the control of the protected territory.
