Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection the habitat of the only brilliant tulip - bulgarian endemic

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. All activities which lead to damaging or destroying the trees are prohibited.
2. It is prohibited to pick or uproot the plants.
3. It is prohibited to enter, camp, trespass or park motor vehicles.
4. It is prohibited to build quarries, carry out mining, geological and other activities, which damage or alter the natural image of the region, as well as its watter patterns.
5. It is prohibited to graze domestic animals
6. Construction of any type is prohibited.
7. It is allowed to plant bulbs of Tulipa splendens with permission from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Ministry of environment and water
