Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of unique geological rock continuous rock geological profile, representing geohronolozhka boundary Kreda - Tertiary and its attendant iridium-raremetal anomaly.

2. It is prohibited to build quarries and georesearch and extractive activities.
3. Mountaneering is prohibited.
4. It is prohibited to disturb the wholeness of the rock formations and any other activities, which might disturb their natural state or to diminish their aesthetic value.
