Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of habitats of protected and rare species of bats in a cave.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited for people and animals to enter the cave and to carry out any activities during the bats' breeding period May 1 - August 10 and during their hibernation period November 1 - March 15.
2. It is prohibited to camp, start fires, and to use fire as an illuminative or for any other purpose within the cave.
3. It is prohibited to carry out any activities in the cave and around its entrances, which might obstruct and/or limit the bats' access to it or alter its microclimate.
4. It is prohibited to dig up, destroy the rock formations, and any other activities, which damage the natural image of the cave.
5. It is prohibited to use the cave for agricultural purposes.
6. It is prohibited to build equipment with the exception of those aimed at supplying water.
7. It is prohibited to contaminate with waste materials.
