Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of remarkable rock formations, caves and springs;

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. Construction of any type is prohibited.;
2. It is prohibited to change the purpose and the way the land is permanently used.
3. It is prohibited to camp.
4. It is prohibited to look for and research the underground minerals and to build quarries.
5. It is prohibited to lumber, except for sanitary purposes.
6. It is prohibited to alter the natural character of the river basin.
7. It is prohibited to graze domestic animals;
8. It is prohibited to damage the rock formations in any way.
9. It is prohibited to introduce plant and animal species uncharacteristic of the region.
