Aims of the declaration:
1. Preservation of unique cascade of waterfalls and pools in the form of "stills", formed by the natural flow of water, resulting in erosion processes in gully - a tributary of the river Muglenska.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to change the use and the way of permanent use of the properties;
2. It is prohibited construction;
3. It is prohibited altering the hydrological regime, including drainage, drying, water use, etc..;
4. It is prohibited activities associated with damage to the physical and aesthetic characteristics of the rock formations;
5. It is prohibited to make fire.
