Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of speleological objects of inanimate nature, with a natural underground karst spring, water galleries, unexplored paleontological finds and habitat of bats and endemic invertebrate fauna.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited importation of uncharacteristic for the region plant and animal species
2. It is prohibited activities related to demolition, breaking, drilling and expansion of galleries and openings in the cave.
3. It is prohibited destruction, damage and removal of elements of the cave structure (stones, sediments and cave formations);
4. It is prohibited excavation and removal of guano;
5. It is prohibited destruction, damage, transportation and removal of paleontological or archaeological finds, except for the conduct of regulated research;
6. It is prohibited lighting a fire, using pyrotechnic, smoke and fire effects, using an explosion in the cave;
7. It is prohibited placing inscriptions or signs on the walls, floor, ceiling or entrance of caves, except for mapping purposes;
8. It is prohibited the use of the cave for the implementation of production and storage activities;
9. It is prohibited killing, capturing and exporting cave animals at all stages of their development;
10. It is prohibited conducting mass events (gatherings, celebrations, mass scenes in film productions, collective games, etc.);
11. It is prohibited entry and lie down at noon of farm animals.
