Aims of the declaration:
1. Preservation of characteristic rock formations - a remarkable object of inanimate nature.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to change the purpose and the way the land is permanently used;
2. It is prohibited any construction, including building of new roads;
3. It is prohibited placing of movable objects and equipment, except in cases under item 3.2;
4. It is prohibited to search for, research, and extract minerals.
5. It is prohibited disturbance of the integrity of rock formations and any other activities that may disturb their natural state or reduce their aesthetic value.
