Aims of the declaration:
1. Preservation of remarkable objects of inanimate nature - karst springs, having aesthetic value and important for the development of ecological tourism.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to search for, research, and extract minerals and other activities, which alter the natural image of the region.
2. It is prohibited construction and laying of roads, with the exception of: the construction of alleys, viewing platforms with a view to exhibiting the site and developing cognitive tourism according to a structural project prepared for the purpose; maintenance, repair and reconstruction of existing hydrotechnical and other facilities;
3. It is prohibited the activities leading to a decrease in water flow and a change in the hydrological regime of the existing marsh;
4. It is prohibited to change the way of permanent land use;
5. It is prohibited lighting a fire, burning the reed massifs and other vegetation;
6. It is prohibited fishing in the water area of ??Bezdenski Izvori;
7. It is prohibited carrying out fellings, with the exception of carrying out sanitary and forced fellings outside the birds' nesting period in the months of April - July;
8. It is prohibited waste pollution.
