Aims of the declaration:
1. Preservation of rock formations, representing remarkable objects of inanimate nature in the area of ??Tsarnio kamak in the area of ??the village of Dobravitsa, municipality of Svoge, Sofia region, possessing aesthetic value and of importance for the development of ecological tourism.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to search for, research, and extract minerals;
2. It is prohibited construction, with the exception of the cases under item 3.2.1 (construction of alleys, observation decks for the purpose of exhibiting the site and development of cognitive tourism according to a structural project prepared for the purpose) and 3.2.2 (maintenance, repair and reconstruction of existing hydrotechnical and other facilities);
3. It is prohibited the activities leading to the destruction and damage of rock formations, disruption of their natural state and reduction of their aesthetic value;
4. It is prohibited to change the use and the way of permanent use of the property;
5. It is prohibited lighting a fire, burning vegetation;
6. It is prohibited to felling of tree and shrub vegetation;
7. It is prohibited hunting and chasing game;
8. It is prohibited waste pollution.
