Aims of the declaration:
1. Preservation of characteristic red sandstone rock formations, rock walls, columns, forming a remarkable object of inanimate nature, with significant aesthetics and attractiveness and a prerequisite for the development of cognitive tourism.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction, including construction of new roads, buildings and facilities, excluding maintenance, repair and reconstruction of existing ones;
2. It is prohibited to change the use and the way of permanent use of the properties;
3. It is prohibited to search for, research, and extract minerals;
4. It is prohibited violation of the integrity of rock formations and any activities that may disturb their natural state or reduce their aesthetic value, including rock climbing, mountaineering, etc.;
5. It is prohibited pollution with domestic, construction, industrial, dangerous and other waste;
