Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the characteristic landscape of the coastal areas, rock formations, fiords, specific xerothermal vegetation and rich animal life.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited industrial and residential construction, mining and prospecting, the construction of new roads, disclosure of mines and quarries, extraction of inert materials from rivers and coastal sands;
2. It is prohibited pollution with domestic, industrial and other wastes
3. It is prohibited the access into the caves in the sea cliff;
4. It is prohibited the access of motor vehicles except those used for forestry and agricultural activities;
5. It is prohibited passage of any vessels during Veleka River from 15 september to 15 June, in the period June 15 to September 15 - the passage of all vessels, except organized tourist trips from the mouth of the river to the site;
6. It is prohibited location of places for camping and making of fire without the written consent of the regional structures of MOEW and without these places to be marked with permanent and visible mark on the ground, all camping and fire making outside the (designed places)
7. It is prohibited the harvesting, damaging or destruction of wild plants, except those cuttings provided from the forest development project and collection of herbs from the local population in quantities for personal use
8. It is prohibited to carry out felling from 30 march to 1 september; afforestation with nonresidential for the area tree species;carring out clear fellings and reconstructions, making new forest roads; cutting down of living hollow trees and trees
9. It Is prohibited hunting except: hare - during hunting season in the agricultural lands; wild boar, royal stag, fox and jackal - from 1th October to 31th December; doe - from 1 October to 30 November; snipe - from 1 January to 28 February with special permission
10. It is prohibited the fishing, except sport fishing in the district from the flow of Veleka river in the sea to the bridge of Sinemorets river of permitted from the low fish species, except/without eel, carp under the terms, conditions, methods, standards and deadlines set by the law

14. It is prohibited the search of objects with archaeological value except the cases when this activity is organized under the current legislation
