Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of populations of protected and threatened with extinction animal and plant species, specifically black stork, Egyptian vulture, white-headed vulture, great hawk, white-tailed buzzard, Common Kestrel, wandering fawk, Thracian quail, owl,
2. Protection of the typical rock and forest habitats in the Eastern Rhodopes.

1. It is prohibited any kind of new construction;
2. It is prohibited geoprospecting activities and disclosure of quarries;
3. It is prohibited to carry out clear felling in the forest plantations;
4. It is prohibited to carry out cultivating and sanitary felling in the period 1 january-31 july
5. It is prohibited hunting and fishing;
6. It is rohibited alpinism/mountainering and hang gliding;
