Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of the characteristic landscape, the natural venerable broad-leaved mixed forests with a rich species variety and habitats of rare plant species and societies.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction;
2. It is prohibited prospection in an open process, and extraction with primary processing (enrichment) of metallic minerals through the applying of chemical and chemical-bacteriological methods and cyanide;
3. It is prohibited importation of nonresidential for the region plant and animal species
4. It is prohibited picking of wild plants and collecting of herbs and injuring of ancient trees;
5. It is prohibited to carry out felling in the forest plantations (except sanitary cutting)
6. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals ;
7. It is prohibited to catch and disturb the birds, to destroy their nests, to collect their eggs and young;
8. It is prohibited camping and fire making;
9. It is prohibited other activities that modify the natural appearance of the site or its water regime;
