Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of the habitats of rare birds of prey.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to kill, catch or disturb the birds, to damage their nests and to collect their eggs.
2. It is prohibited hunting;
3. It is prohibited lumbering, except for sanitary and cultivating purposes;
4. It is prohibited construction, disclosure of querries and any other activities, that modify the natural appearance of the site, or its water system;
5. It is prohibited the use of chemicals for plant protection;
6. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals;
7. It is prohibited to carry out mountaineering trainnings and to enter in the caves in the protected site;
8. It is permitted caring out sanitary and cultivating lumbering outside the nesting season (15 august-28 february);
9. It is permitted afforestation with characteristic for the destrict tree species;
