Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of rare and protected birds - Egyptian vulture, white-tailed buzzard, owl, and others.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to prune, break branches, damage the stalks and any other activities, which might lead to damaging or destroying the ancient trees.
2. It is prohibited to kill, catch or disturb the birds, to damage their nests and to collect their eggs.
3. It is prohibited hunting;
4. It is prohibited any type of construction
5. It is prohibited disclosure of quarries, mining and geological and other activities, which modify the appearance or the water system of the site;
6. It is prohibited felling except cultivating and sanitary
7. It is prohibited entering, passing and parking of motor fehicles
8. It is permitted to carry out hunting activities;
9. It is permitted to make hay and carry out traditional for the region agricultural activities.
