Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the natural habitats of protected and rare plant and animal species and their socieites.
2. Conservation of characteristic landscape and rock formations.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited felling, except cultivating and sanitary
2. It is prohibited to pick wild flowers, collecting of herbs, and damaging ancient trees;
3. It is prohibited importation of nonresidential for the region plant and animal species
4. It is prohibited to catch and disturb the birds, to destroy their nests, to collect their eggs and young;
5. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals
6. It is prohibited construction of bioengineering installations, working out of game fields ans lands;
7. It is prohibited to injure the whollness of the rock formations;
8. It is prohibited construction, disclosure of quarries and any other activities, that modify or injure the natural appearance of the site;
