Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of semi-natural dry grass and bush societies on limestone (Festuco-Brometalia) and pseudo-steppes with wheat and one-year plants of the type Thero-Brachypodietea.
2. Conservation of protected, rare, and endangered plant species, such as Gypsophila tekirae, Alkanna primuliflora, Alkanna stribrnyi, Alyssum borzaeanum, Alyssum stribrnyi Vel.
3. Conservation of protected, rare, and endangered animal species, such as European tree frog (Hyla arborea), Eryx jaculus, Eurasian Sparrowhawk (Accipiter nisus), Accipiter gentiles, Short-toed Eagle (Circaetus gallicus), Hieraaetus pennatu.

1. It is prohibited any felling, except fellings for removing of nonresidential and invasion species and felling in the existing forest cultures;
2. It is prohibited grazing of livestock ;
3. It is prohibited any construction, including building of new roads;

9. It is prohibited construction of photovoltaic installation;
10. It is prohibited confiscation of soil;
11. It is prohibited hang gliding;
12. It is prohibited to afforest;
