Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the natural landscape, resulting from the harmonic coexistence of man and nature.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to carry out felling, except with sanitary and landscape purposes;
2. It is prohibited grazing of livestock at any time;
3. It is prohibited injuring of the vegetation;
4. It is prohibited to chase the wild animals and their young, as well as to destroy their habitats;
5. It is prohibited to build quarries, damage the mining, geological and other activities, which damage or alter the landscape.
6. It is prohibited to carry out construction activities of any type, except as provided for in the development plan of the protected area.
