Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of rare, protected, and vulnerable plant species (Crocus tommasinianus, Centaurea achtarovii, Potentilla nicici).

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction, disclosure of querries and any other activities, that modify the natural appearance of the site, or its water system;
2. It is prohibited to pick or uproot the plants, picking of lime blossom and other herbs;
3. It is prohibited making fire and arson the vegetation;
4. It is prohibited reconstruction of the deciduous plantations and forestation of the glades and other open areas;
5. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals and yield of hay;
6. It is permitted cultivating and sanitary felling from 1 september to 30 december;
7. It is permitted collection of herbarium material and living plants and reproductive organs with the written permission of the Committee for Nature Protection;
