Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the remnants of a venerable oak forest - 22 venerable trees and the environment necessary for their growth.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction of buildings, roads comunications, temporary buildings, pools e.t.c.;
2. It is prohibited to enter in the captation of the mineral spring without the written consent permittion from RIEW - Sofia;
3. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals
4. It is permitted establishment of permanent trails without surfacing to ensure access for visitors to the ancient trees in estate III - 2419;
5. It is permitted sanitary felling of tree and shrubby species after written consent with RIEW-Sofia;
