Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the characteristic of the region ecosystem, as well as the habitat of rare and endangered plant and animal species.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction, as well as other activities, which lead to violate the water regime of the lake and modify the natural appearance of the site;
2. It is prohibited making fire and arson the the cane and the other vegetation;
3. It is prohibited pollution of the water and the land with domestic, industrial and other kinds of waste
4. It is prohibited hunting, except of cattle during the period november - december, in range not less than 150 meter from the lake;
5. It is prohibited to use
6. It is prohibited industrial fishing;
7. It is prohibited sport fishing in the west shore of the lake and in the east - from 15 april to 15 june;
8. It is prohibited entering with motor and other vehicles, except when carring out planned felling in the area of west shore of the lake;
9. It is prohibited bivouacing and fire making in the area of the west shore of the lake;
10. It is prohibited to pick or uproot the plants, picking of lime blossom and other herbs;
11. It is prohibited to import and rise nonresidential for the district plant and animal species;
12. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals outside property 2119;
13. It is prohibited to carry out clear felling.
14. It is prohibited to carry out cultivating and sanitary felling in the period 1 january-31 july
