Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of floodplain forests of white willow and white poplar;

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited any construction, including building of forest roads, as well as activities, which change the natural appearance of the landscape;
2. It is prohibited leveling, destruction and disconnection of the relation between main (flow of) Danube river and the existing backwaters;
3. It is prohibited to carry out forestry activities from 1 march to 15 july;
4. It is prohibited forestry activities, which ead to substitute the residential plant vegetation with nonresidential species;
5. It is prohibited to import nonresidential for the district plant and animal species;
6. It is prohibited to reduce afforestated land ;
