Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of habitats of protected species Common Snowdrop (Galanthus nivalis), Turk's cap lily (Lilium martagon) and animals (Hermann's Tortoise, Golden Eagle, etc..) Rock facies and characteristic landscapes;

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to import nonresidential for the district plant and animal species;
2. It is prohibited extraction of minerals using the open method;
3. It Is prohibited to damage rock formations;
4. It is prohibited pollution with domestic, construction, industrial and hazardous waste;
5. It is prohibited making fire outside the defined places;
