Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of plant communities with the participation of red peony (Paeonia peregrina)

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited hunting;
2. It is prohibited making of fire and bivouacing;
3. It is prohibited prospecting and extraction of minerals;
4. It is prohibited construction, as well as placing of movable objects and equipment;
5. It is prohibited to pass fehicles, except those, which carry out security, forestry and fire prevention activities;
6. It is prohibited activities which lead to damage and destroy characters of red peonies and other plants involved in the communities of species and their habitats.
