Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection and maintenance of riparian floodplain forests dominated by white willow (Salix alba), white poplar (Populus alba) and black poplar (Populus nigra), places (zatoni) for propagation of species of conservational importance;
2. Protection of the habitat of sea eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla), little white egret (Egretta garzetta), gray heron (Ardea cinerea), Purple Heron (Ardea pupurea), night heron (Nycticorax nycticorax);
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to change the use and the way of permanent use of the properties;
2. It is prohibited visitations, except for science and educational purposes and caring out activities for managing and guard;
3. It is prohibited any type of new construction, including temporary;
4. It is prohibited to open quarries and extraction of inert materials at the island and in range of 500 meters around it;
5. All activities which lead to damaging or destroying the trees are prohibited.
6. It is prohibited to carry out any type of felling, except for removing the nonresidential tree species purposes, outside the nesting season of the birds (1 january - 1 september);
7. It is prohibited to collect plant and animal species;
8. It is prohibited hunting, except sanitary shoot of wild swine;
9. It is prohibited forestry activities, except felling for removing of nonresidential tree and shrubby species, outside the nesting season of the birds (1 january - 1 september);
10. It is prohibited to import nonresidential for the district plant and animal species;
11. It is prohibited leveling, destruction and disconnection of the relation between main (flow of) Donau river and the existing zatons;
12. It is prohibited making fire and arson the vegetation;
13. It is prohibited fishing in temporary zones and zatons, as well as from the lake shore;
