Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of characteristic landscapes, including alpine pastures and rocky peaks and protected and rare habitat of plant species, such as: yellow cream (Lilium jankae), Anemone narcissiflora, Clematis alpina, Rhodiola rosea, Swertia punctata, Tozzia carpathica.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to import nonresidential for the district wild plant and animal species;
2. It is prohibited extraction of ores and minerals using open method;
3. It is prohibited to collect fossils and minerals;
4. It is prohibited to injure the rock formations;
5. It is prohibited making fire outside the defined places;
