1. Conservation of plant species (Centaurea trinervia Stephan ex Willd. and its habitat.

1. It is prohibited to change the purpose and the way of permanent use of the land;
2. It is prohibited construction, with the exception of activities related to repair and reconstruction of existing facilities;
3. It is prohibited placement of temporary movable objects;
4. It is prohibited to search for, research, and extract minerals;
5. It is prohibited to import nonresidential species.
6. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals during period from 1 march to 31 july;
7. It is prohibited plowing and digging;
8. It is prohibited afforestation;
9. It is prohibited camping and making fire.
