Aims of the declaration:
1. Preservation of area with particular landscape, including remarkable rock formations representing habitats of protected and priority conservation species (Short-toed Eagle, Egyptian Vulture, Golden eagle, Long-legged Buzzard, Eurasian Eagle-owl, Nightjar) protected animal (marbled polecat, forest dormouse, greater horseshoe bat, lesser horseshoe bat, greater mouse eared bat, common noctule, common pipistrelle) and plant species (Verbascum tzar-borisii, Stipa capillata, Alyssum borzaeanum, Dianthus nardiformis) and their habitats, as well as providing an opportunity for research, education activities and sustainable tourism development.

1. It is prohibited to change the purpose and the way of permanent use of the land;
2. It is prohibited to search for, research, and extract minerals;
3. It is prohibited construction, with the exception of activities related to repair and reconstruction of existing facilities;
4. It is prohibited placement of temporary movable objects;
5. It is prohibited damaging of rock formations and seizure of rock fragments;
6. It is prohibited rock climbing, mountaineering and other extreme sports;
7. It is prohibited camping and making fire.
8. It is prohibited in land property No 000504 introduction of non-native species;
9. It is prohibited in land property No 000504 grazing of domestic animals during period from 1 march to 31 july;
10. It is prohibited in land property No 000504 - plowing, digging and planting of new areas;
