Aims of the declaration:
1. Valuable representatives of the cave invertebrate fauna: Vandeloniscellus bulgaricus, Trichoniscus anophthalmus (Isopoda), Paranemastoma radewi (Opiliones), Porrhomma convexum, Hoplopholcus forskali, Meta menardi, Metellina merianae, Nesticus cellulanus (Araneae), Chthonius sp., Roncus mahnerti (Pseudoscorpiones), Lithobius lakatnicensis (Chilopoda), Trachysphaera sp., Typhloiulus bureschi (Diplopoda), Ceratophysella armata (Collembola), Duvalius beroni (Coleoptera: Carabidae) , Bryaxis beroni (Coleoptera: Pselaphidae), Mycetaea hirta (Coleoptera: Endomychidae), Atheta macroptera, Que dim mesomelinus skoraszewskyi (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae);
2. Typical underground inhabitants: two types of crustaceans - the representative of a subclass Copepoda - Diacyclops languidoides (s. lat.) and Sphaeromides bureschi;
3. Habitats of 6 species of bats of conservation significance: Rhinolophus ferrumequinum, Rhinolophus hipposideros, Rhinolophus euryale, Myotis blythii, Myotis capaccinii and Miniopterus schreibersii.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to cut down, except sanitary, and felling, related to the removal of non-native shrub and tree species;
2. It is prohibited to cut down old trees and trees with hollows and nests;
3. It is prohibited construction of new roads, buildings and facilities;
4. It is prohibited to search, exploration and extraction of underground resources;
5. It is prohibited to excavate another activity leading to lasting changes of the landscape;
6. It is prohibited to import plant and animal species not typical of the region;
7. It is prohibited to build eco-paths and other types of access to the entrance of the cave;
8. It is prohibited to use of insecticides, pesticides and other chemical agents;
9. It is prohibited to organize mass events such as collective games, fairs, etc .;
10. It is prohibited to take pictures of film productions;
11. It is prohibited to bend people and organize underground camps;
12. It is prohibited to enter the cave in the period 1 November - 1 April except for scientific visits and monitoring;
13. It is prohibited to enter the cave in the period 25 May - 31 July except for scientific visits and monitoring;
14. It is prohibited to dispose of waste and dead animals in the cave;
15. It is prohibited to construct watering and other water catchment facilities at the water entrance of the cave;
16. It is prohibited to shattering, breaking, drilling and expanding holes in the cave and rock wreaths;
17. It is prohibited to destroy, damage and remove elements of the cave structure (stones and cave formations);
18. It is prohibited to destruction, damage, transfer and removal of paleontological or archaeological finds shall be prohibited except in the conduct of regulated scientific research;
19. It is prohibited to equip climbing routes, including wedging by drilling and gluing, and other activities related to the use of the cave for sporting events;
20. It is prohibited all activities in the cave and around its entrances, which may interrupt and / or restrict bats' access to it or change its microclimate;
21. It is prohibited to use the cave to carry out production and storage activities;
22. It is prohibited to place inscriptions or signs on the walls, floor, ceiling or cave entrance except for mapping purposes;
23. It is prohibited to excavate and remove clay and guano;
24. It is prohibited to burn fire, fill with smoke, use pyrotechnic, smoke and fire effects, and use a blast in the cave.
