Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation and protection of the habitat of the Tulipa urumoffii
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. All activities which lead to damaging or destroying the trees are prohibited.
2. It is prohibited to pick or uproot the plants;
3. It is prohibited to enter, passage and parking of vehicles, except in cases of performance of official duties by the responsible institutions and in emergency and disaster situations;
4. It is prohibited to search, exploration and extraction of underground resources and other activities that disrupt or alter the natural appearance of the area and the water regime of the territory;
5. It is prohibited to carrying out fellings, with the exception of cultivation, sanitary, forced and the following technical fellings - for the protection of forest areas from fires, clearing of permanent forest roads and maintenance of existing technical infrastructure outside the period from February 15 to June 15, as well as felling in exceptional cases in order to prevent or extinguish fires, in the event of natural disasters and accidents, as well as in order to remove trees that threaten people's life and health;
6. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals and mowing in the period from February 15 to June 15;
7. Construction of any type is prohibited.
8. It is prohibited year-round grazing with an electric shepherd;
9. It is prohibited use of machinery (shredders and mulchers) to limit the spread of shrub vegetation and maintain plant cover;
10. It is prohibited camping, bivouac, placing tents, campers and caravans;
11. It is prohibited waste disposal;
12. It is prohibited other activities that may lead to the destruction of the species.
