Ordinance for announcement:

Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of typical Karst landscape, riparian forests and groups of venerable trees along the Negovanka river valley;
2. Protection of the habitats of endangered and protected plant species - Elwes's snowdrop (Galanthus elwesii) and common snowdrop (Galanthus nivalis);
3. Protection of the habitats of endangered, vulnerable and protected animal species - black stork (Ciconia nigra), common buzzard (Buteo buteo), eurasian eagle-owl (Bubo bubo), common raven (Corvus corax), eurasian otter (Lutra lutra), european wildcat (Felis silvestris), etc.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. Any construction, with the exception of activities related to repair and reconstruction of existing facilities is prohibited.
2. It is prohibited to construct new road surface, and also broaden and lay out permanent road surface over the existing agricultural and forest roads;
3. It is prohibited to change the hydrological regime and the river-bed of Negovanka river. Also any hydromeliorative activities are prohibited.
4. It is prohibited to search for, to research, and to extract minerals;
5. It is prohibited to extract inert materials and deposis.
6. It is prohibited to change the purpose and the use of the properties permanently.
7. It is prohibited to plow, to plant and to change in permanent crops of pastures, grasslands, wetlands;
8. It is prohibited to conduct clearcutings and short-termed gradual restorative cutings, except for cutings of invasive, non-native tree and shrub species;
9. It is prohibited to cut down old trees and trees with hollows and nests;
10. It is prohibited to cut down the trees which are 15 meters around the river flow, except when it is done in order to increase the river capacity in case of danger from floods which can be a risk for people's life and health or can cause material damage.
11. Afforestation with non-native tree species is prohibited;
12. It is prohibited to introduce non-native plant and animal species;
13. It is prohibited to light a fire outside of the fixed fire sites;
14. It is prohibited to fracture, knock off rocks, breaking and moving the rocks and the rock formations;
15. The passing of motor vehicles outside of the existing agricultural and forest roads is prohibited, except when accountable institutions conduct their duty, and also when there is a reconstruction of the existing facilities and when there is a natural disaster event;
16. The passing of motor vehicles like ATV, UTV and motorcycles is prohibited, including on the existing agricultural and forest roads, except when accountable institutions conduct their duty, and also when there is a reconstruction of the existing facilities and when there is a natural disaster event;
17. It is prohibited to pick up and to uproot protected plant species - objects of protection in the protected area.
