Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of habitats of bat species with national and european importance : greater horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus ferrumequinum), lesser horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus hipposideros), mediterranean horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus euryale), greater mouse-eared bat (Myotis myotis), lesser mouse-eared bat (Myotis blythii), common bent-wing bat (Miniopterus schreibersii), long-fingered bat (Myotis capaccinii), and also invertebrate species, such as the troglobiont insect Beskovia bulgarica.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to construct new roads, buildings and facilities, except for maintenance and reconstruction of the existing facilities;
2. The felling, except sanitary is prohibited;
3. It is prohibited to cut down old trees with hollows and nests;
4. It is prohibited to search for, to research, and to extract minerals;
5. Any excavation activities and activities which permanently change the landscape are prohibited;
6. It is prohibited to introduce non-native plant and animal species;
7. The use of insecticides, pesticides and other chemical substances are prohibited;
8. It is prohibited to make ecoroutes and other kind of ways leading to the entrance of the cave;
9. It is prohibited to enter the cave in the period 1 November - 1 April except for scientific visits and monitoring;
10. It is prohibited to enter the cave in the period 25 May - 31 July except for scientific visits and monitoring;
11. It is prohibited to knock off, to break off, to drill and to expand holes in the cave and rock wreaths;
12. It is prohibited to destroy, to damage and to remove elements of the cave structure (stones and cave formations), palaeontological and archeological finds;
13. It is prohibited to transfer and to remove palaeontological or archaeological finds except when there is an ongoing scientific research;
14. It is prohibited to climb the rocks, to equip climb routes, including setting of pins through drilling, plastering and other activities which allows the cave to be used for sport events;
15. Аll activities in the cave and around its entrances, which may interrupt and/or restrict bats' access to it or change its microclimate are prohibited;
16. It is prohibited to place inscriptions or signs on the walls, floor, ceiling or cave's entrance except for mapping purposes;
17. It is prohibited to burn fire, fill with smoke, use pyrotechnic, smoke and fire effects, and use explosives in the cave;
18. It is prohibited to excavate and remove clay and guano;
19. It is prohibited to bivouac and to organize underground camps;
20. It is prohibited to conduct film productions;
21. It is prohibited to organize mass events such as collective games, fairs, etc.;
22. It is prohibited to throw waste matter and animal carcass in the cave;
23. It is prohibited tо use the caves for carrying out production and storage activities.
