Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of a riparian forest and preservation of valuable local species for the Bulgarian flora and fauna near the river Eninska.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to change the function and the use of the land.
2. Any construction is forbidden except for: 3.2.1. facilities for water regime maintenance in the protected area; 3.2.2. building underground networks, nets and facilities part of the technical infrastructure, when there is no other technical possibility or when another technical resolution is not economically valuable; 3.2.3. rapair and reconstruction of already existing buildings and facilities;
3. It is prohibited to carry out logging, except with sanitary, compulsory and technical purposes;
4. It is prohibited to plant non-native for the protected site species;
5. It is prohibited to search for, to research, and to extract minerals;
6. The passing of motor vehicles outside of the existing agricultural and forest roads is prohibited, except when accountable institutions conduct their duty, and also when there is a reconstruction of the existing facilities and when there is a natural disaster event.
