Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of a lake ecosystem, which is a habitat of valuable and protected plant species, such as: Nymphaea alba, Nymphoides peltata, Utricularia australis and Marsilea quadrifolia;
2. Conservation of a lake ecosystem, which is a habitat of valuable and protected animal species, such as: Egretta alba, Nycticorax nycticorax, Egreta garzetta, Ardeola ralloides, Ardea purpurea, Botaurus stellaris, Ixobrychus minutus, Phalacrocorax pygmaeus, Tachybaptus ruficollis, Podiceps cristatus, Aythya nyroca, Fulica atra, Rallus aquaticus, Gallinula chloropus, Circus aeruginosus, Anas strepera, Aythya ferina, Chlidonias hybrida, Remiz pendulinus, Cettia cetti and other.
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited placement of movable objects;
2. It is prohibited construction, except for the cases under item 3.2.1;
3. It is prohibited activities leading to change of the hydrological regime;
4. It is prohibited changing the purpose and manner of permanent use;
5. It is prohibited exploration, exploration and extraction of mineral resources and extraction of aggregates;
6. It is prohibited to import of non-native plant and animal species;
7. It is prohibited to burning fire, burning reeds;
8. It is prohibited to use of vessels in the water body, except for the cases under item 3.2.2;
9. It is prohibited to carrying out felling except for the cases under item 3.2.3;
10. It is prohibited noise loading and use of pyrotechnic devices, leading to significant disturbance of birds;
11. It is prohibited hunting;
12. It is prohibited waste pollution.
