Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of part of the Botunya river basin as a habitat for 22 species of fish, some of which are in Annex 2 and Annex 4 of the Biological Diversity Act, conservation of one species of mammal - otter (Lutra lutra) under Annex 3 of the Biological Diversity Act , as well as a territory with a characteristic and remarkable landscape.
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited felling of riverside vegetation, with the exception of carrying out preventive activities and in the event of flooding, which may lead to a risk to human life and health or the occurrence of material damage, as well as the occurrence of natural disasters and accidents, in accordance with the Management Plan the risk of flooding;
2. It is prohibited construction, except for the cases under item 3.2 (maintenance, repair and reconstruction of existing facilities; construction, repair, reconstruction and maintenance of infrastructural linear objects and others is allowed in accordance with the regimes described in item 3.1);
3. It is prohibited extraction of aggregates from the river bed of the Botunya River;
4. It is prohibited afforestation with uncharacteristic alien species;
5. It is prohibited pollution of the territory with domestic, industrial and dangerous waste;
6. it is prohibited water pollution.
