Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the Triturus alpestris animal species and its habitat, as well as protection of the breeding habitats of other conservationally important species of amphibians, such as: Salamandra salamandra, Triturus vulgaris, Triturus karelinii, Bombina variegata, Bufo bufo andRana dalmatina.
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited changing the purpose and manner of permanent use of the properties within the border of the protected territory;
2. It is prohibited to drying up of water bodies and disrupting their water regime;
3. It is prohibited stocking of reservoirs;
4. It is prohibited construction or installation of barriers that prevent the migration of amphibians;
5. It is prohibited construction, with the exception of activities related to maintenance, repair and reconstruction of existing hydrotechnical and other facilities;
6. It is prohibited search, exploration and mining of underground resources and mining of aggregates;
7. It is prohibited logging, with the exception of sanitary, forced logging, and if necessary - also technical logging;
8. It is prohibited introduction of plant and animal species uncharacteristic for the area;
9. It is prohibited waste pollution;
10. It is prohibited introduction of pesticides and artificial fertilizers.
