Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of an endangered plant species - Carex elata, and its habitat.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited change of purpose and permanent use of the property;
2. It is prohibited construction except for the purpose of maintenance, repair and reconstruction of existing facilities;
3. It is prohibited placement of movable objects;
4. It is prohibited prospecting, exploration and extraction of underground resources;
5. It is prohibited earthworks;
6. It is prohibited introduction of non-native species;
7. It is prohibited plowing;
8. It is prohibited pasture;
9. It is prohibited afforestation;
10. It is prohibited storage of timber;
11. It is prohibited movement of motor vehicles;
12. It is prohibited tearing, cutting, uprooting, collecting and destroying specimens of the plant species Carex elata;
13. It is prohibited change of the water regime of the property, except in cases where this would lead to the preservation and improvement of the habitat of Carex elata;
14. It is prohibited lighting a fire;
15. It is prohibited backfilling with soil, excavation, inert and any other materials.
