Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of the habitats of protected, rare and endangered plant species, including: Goniolimon collinum, Trachelium rumelianum, Verbascum humile, Fritillaria pontica;
2. Protection of the habitats of protected, rare and endangered animal species, including: Salamandra salamandra, Lissotriton vulgaris, Bombina variegata, Bufo bufo, Epidalea viridis, Hyla arborea, Rana dalmatina, Pelophylax ridibundus;
3. Protection of the habitats of protected, rare and endangered animal species, including: Testudo graeca, Testudo hermanni, Emys orbicularis, Pseudopus apodus, Lacerta trilineata, Lacerta viridis, Podarcis erhardii, Dolichophis caspius, Platyceps najadum, Natrix natrix, Natrix tessellata, Malpolon insignitus, Vipera ammodytes;
4. Protection of the habitats of protected, rare and endangered animal species, including: Neophron precnopterus, Aegipius monachus, Gyps fulvus, Aquila chrysaetus, Milvus migrans, Aquila heliaca, Accipiter brevipes, Falco eleonorae, Coracias garrulus, Ciconia nigra, Circaetus gallicus, Buteo rufinus, Bubo bubo, Alcedo atthis, Oenanthe hispanica, Hippolais olivetorum, Corvus corax, Emberiza melanocephala, Emberiza cia;
5. Protection of the habitats of protected, rare and endangered animal species, including: Rhinolophus ferrumequinum, Rhinolophus hipposideros, Rhinolophus euryale, Rhinolophus blasii, Lutra lutra;
6. Preservation of a characteristic and remarkable landscape.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction and other activities leading to the change of the landscape, with the exception of: maintenance, repair and reconstruction of existing roads and other facilities; construction of eco-paths and their adjacent infrastructure elements;
2. It is prohibited change of purpose and permanent use of the property;
3. It is prohibited prospecting, exploration and extraction of underground resources;
4. It is prohibited felling, except for sanitary, forced, technical and agricultural felling, including the removal of dangerous trees falling or entering the easement of the existing roads.
