Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the plant species Rhodope mullet (Verbascum spathulisepalum Greuter & Rech.f.) and its habitats.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is forbidden to change the purpose and the way of permanent use of the land, except for the construction, repair, reconstruction and maintenance of infrastructural linear objects of the republican road network and other technical infrastructure.
2. Any construction is prohibited, with the exception of construction, repair, reconstruction and maintenance of infrastructural linear objects of the republican road network and other technical infrastructure.
3. It is prohibited to introduce any non-native species.
4. The search, exploration and mining of underground resources is prohibited under the Law on Underground Resources.
