Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the habitats of protected, rare and endangered plant and animal species, including: Lilium rhodopaeum, Campanula jordanovii, Parnassius apolo and Tetrao urogallus and providing opportunities for tourism and recreation.
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited any construction and other activities leading to a change in the landscape, with the exception of maintenance of existing tourist infrastructure;
2. It is prohibited building new roads, including those for temporary use;
3. It is prohibited prospecting, exploration and extraction of underground resources;
4. It is prohibited movement of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and buggies off existing roads in non-urban areas with the exception of traffic during disasters, emergency situations and for conducting fire-fighting, emergency, control, security and rescue activities and maintenance activities of existing infrastructure;
5. It is prohibited logging, except for sanitary, forced and for the purpose of maintaining the habitat of plant species subject to protection;
7. It is prohibited afforestation in the habitats of plant species - subject to protection;
8. It is prohibited use of non-selective means of forest pest control;
9. It is prohibited change in the purpose of forests and activities leading to changes in habitats, except for those aimed at maintaining the populations of the species subject to protection;
10. It is prohibited lighting fires outside designated areas.
