Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of a lake ecosystem representing a habitat of valuable and protected bird species, such as: Tadorna tadorna, Spatula querquedula, Spatula clypeata, Mareca strepera, Mareca penelope, Anas platyrhynchosAnas acuta, Anas crecca, Netta rufina, Aythya ferina, Aythya nyroca, Aythya fuligula, Egretta alba, Nycticorax nycticorax, Egreta garzetta, Ardeola ralloides, Ardea purpurea, Botaurus stellaris, Ixobrychus minutus, Phalacrocorax pygmaeus, Ciconia ciconia;
2. Conservation of a lake ecosystem representing a habitat of valuable and protected bird species, such as: Pedrix pedrix, Coturnix coturnix, Gallinago gallinago, Tringa totanus, Tringa stagnatilis, Upupa epops, Sturnus vulgaris, Oenanthe oenanthe, Pica pica, Passer domesticus, Coracias garrulus, Corvus frugilegus, Carduelis carduelis, Larus michahellis, Larus ridibundus, Motacilla alba, Streptopelia decaocto, Hirundo rustica, Delichon urbica, Charadrius dubius, Actitis hypoleucos,
3. Conservation of a lake ecosystem representing a habitat of valuable and protected bird species, such as: Motacilla alba, Galerida cristata, Tachymarptis melba, Apus apus, Apus pallidus, Tachybaptus ruficollis, Podiceps cristatus, Fulica atra, Rallus aquaticus, Gallinula chloropus, Circus aeruginosus, Aythya ferina, Chlidonias hybrida, Remiz pendulinus, Cettia cetti, Plegadis falcinellus;
4. Conservation of a lake ecosystem representing a habitat of valuable and protected bird species, such as: Numenius arquata, Numenius phaeopus, Merops apiaster, Falco peregrinus, Clanga pomarina, Circaetus gallicua, Accipiter nisus, Accipiter gentilis, Buteo buteo, Buteo rufinus, Falco tinnunculus.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited placement of movable objects and construction, except for: maintenance, repair and reconstruction of existing hydrotechnical and other facilities; construction, maintenance, repair and reconstruction of road infrastructure;
2. It is prohibited activities leading to a change in the water regime, with the exception of activities necessary for the operation of the dam;
3. It is prohibited change of purpose and manner of permanent use, with the exception of properties representing a dam and hydrotechnical facilities to it;
4. It is prohibited search, exploration and mining of underground resources and mining of aggregates;
5. It is prohibited introduction of non-native plant and animal species;
6. It is prohibited burning of reeds;
7. It is prohibited use of any watercraft (including surfboards, kites, sports boats and pedal boats) in the water area, except when performing official duties by the responsible institutions, carrying out scientific research, repair and reconstruction of existing facilities and in case of emergency and disaster situations;
8. It is prohibited industrial fishing;
9. It is prohibited camping and fire making;
10. It is prohibited use of pyrotechnics resulting in significant bird disturbance;
11. It is prohibited pollution with any waste;
12. It is prohibited installation of renewable energy sources.
