1. Protection and maintenance of the habitats of the birds under item 2 to reach their favorable conservation status;
2. Restoration of the habitats of the birds under item 2, necessary to improve their conservation status.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to remove landscape features (hedges, single trees and groups) in the use of agricultural land;
2. It is prohibited afforestation of meadows, pastures and grassland, as well as to transform it in area under cultivation and permanent crops;
3. It is prohibited to use pesticides and fertilizers in pastures and meadows;
4. It is prohibited to change the purpose and/or the sustainable use of the meadows, pastures, glades, land, water tanks, water flows, coastal cliffs in the agricultural and forest fund, except the cases, when the change is related to: construction of plants for water and wastewater facilities for waste treatment facilities to strengthen the landslides, roads and other elements (objects) of the technical infrastructure, implementation of other plans, programs, projects and investment proposals, for which at the date of promulgation of the arrest in the ''Official Gazette" has finished proceedings under Chapter Six of the Law for Environmental Protection and / or art. 31 of the Law for Biodiversity;
5. It is prohibited disclosure of new quarries;
6. It is prohibited the construction of golf course, photovoltaic systems and wind generators for electricity, except cases for which at the date of promulgation of the arrest in the ''Official Gazette" has finished proceedings under Chapter Six of the Law for Environmental Protection and / or art. 31 of the Law for Biodiversity;
7. It is prohibited the discharge of waste and mineral water in Shablenska tuzla;
8. It is prohibited setting on fire water and waterlike vegetation, as well as to remove water and waterlike vegetation in Shablenska tuzla, except for maintain of the habitats and species;
9. It is prohibited to hunt in the surrounding area of 350 meters from the shores of Lake Shabla, Lake Ezerets and Shablenska Tuzla in the period from December 1 to January 31.
