1. Article 6, paragraph 1, section 3 from Biological Diversity Act: Pygmy Cormorant (Phalacrocorax pygmeus), Great Egret (Egretta alba), Black Stork (Ciconia nigra), Whooper Swan (Cygnus cygnus), Common Kingfisher (Alcedo atthis);
2. Article 6, paragraph 1, section 4 from Biological Diversity Act: Little Grebe (Tachybaptus ruficollis), Great Cormorant (Phalacrocorax carbo), Grey Heron (Ardea cinerea), Mute Swan (Cygnus olor), Mallard (Anas platyrhynchos), Garganey (Anas querquedula), Northern Goshawk (Accipiter gentilis), Eurasian Sparrowhawk (Accipiter nisus), Common Buzzard (Buteo buteo), Kestrel (kestrel) (Falco tinnunculus), Northern Lapwing (Vanellus vanellus), Black-headed Gull (Larus ridibundus).
