Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection and maintenance of natural habitat type under item 2.1, habitats referred to item 2.2. species, their populations and distribution within the area to achieve and maintain their favorable conservation status in Continental biogeographical region;
2. Improving the structure and functions of natural habitats with code 91F0;
3. Improvement of habitats of species Testudo hermanni, Testudo graeca and Triturus karelinii;
4. If necessary, improvement of the condition or restoration of types of natural habitats refered in item 2.1, habitats of the species refered in item 2.2 and their populations.

Objects of protection (species or habitats):
1. Article 6, paragraph 1, section 1 from Biological Diversity Act: 91F0 Riparian mixed forests of Quercus robur, Ulmus laevis and Fraxinus excelsior or Fraxinus angustifolia, along the great rivers (Ulmenion minoris);
2. Article 6, paragraph 1, section 2 from Biological Diversity Act: 2.2.1. Mammals: Lutra lutra; 2.2.2. Amphibians and reptiles: Triturus karelinii, Bombina bombina, Testudo hermanni, Testudo graeca, Emys orbicularis, Elaphe sauromates; 2.2.3. Interbertebrates:Lucanus cervus, Morimus funereus.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to conduct auto racing outside the existing roads;
2. The movement of motorcycles, ATV, UTV and buggies is prohibited outside of the existing roads in non-urban areas except when there is an article allowing tracks for vehicle movement or when there is a natural disaster, for emergency, for conducting fire control, accidents and rescue operations;
3. It is prohibited tо prospect for minerals (construction and stone materials), to create new and to expand concession areas for extraction of minerals (construction and stone materials); prohibition does not apply in cases where the date of publication of the order in the "Official Gazette" has started a procedure for granting permits for prospecting and / or exploration and / or the concession for extraction under Subsurface Resources Act (SRA) and Concessions Act, or a procedure for their coordination under Chapter Six of the Law on environmental protection and / or art. 31 of the Biological Diversity Act or an application for registration of a commercial discovery;
4. It is prohibited to permanently store and deposit waste;
5. It is prohibited to drain and to correct ravines and natural water bodies exept when there is a risk from floods.
6. It is prohibited the use of pesticides, mineral, foliar and micro fertilizers as well as biologicaly active substances, which did not received biological and toxicological registration from the commissions and councils led by Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Environment and Water;
7. The use of mineral fertilizers in the pastures, meadows, abandoned ploughlands and forests is prohibited. Also it is prohibited to use professional category products for plant protection, except for calamities and epiphytotics;
8. It is prohibited to remove landscape features (hedges, single trees and groups, traditional strips of shrub and tree vegetation inside of agricultural land, shelterbelt, rock fences and hedges) in the use of agricultural land;
9. It is prohibited to use organic sediments from industrial and other waters and domestic waste for introduction into the agricultural land without the permission of specialized agencies of Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry and when the concentration of heavy metals, metalloids and stable organic pollutants in the sediments exceeds the background concentration according to appendix 1, Decree-Law No. 3/2008, for the norms of admissible concentrations of harmful substances in the soil. (State Gazette 71/2008);
10. It is prohibited to use waters, which have harmful substances and waste above the admissible norms, for irrigation;
11. It is prohibited to burn stubbles, boundary and road strips and areas with dry and humid vegetation.
