Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of habitat types referred to in paragraph 2.1., habitats referred to in paragraph 2.2. species, their populations and distribution within the area to achieve and maintain their favorable conservation status;
2. If necessary improvement in the state referred to in paragraph 2.1. types of nature habitat and habitats of species referred to in item 2.2.
3. If necessary recovery types of nature habitat referred to in paragraph 2.1., habitats of species referred to in paragraph 2.2. and their populations.

Objects of protection (species or habitats):
1. Article 6, paragraph 1, section 1 from Biological Diversity Act: 1110 Sandbanks which are slightly covered by sea water all the time; 1130 Estuaries; 1140 Mudflats and sandflats not covered by seawater at low tide; 1160 Large shallow inlets and bays; 1170 Communities of brown, red or green algae attached to rocky substrates (Reefs); 1210 Annual vegetation of drift lines; 2110 Embryonic shifting dunes; 2120 Shifting dunes along the shoreline with Ammophila arenaria ("white dunes"); 2130* Fixed coastal dunes with herbaceous vegetation ("grey dunes"); 2190 Humid dune slacks; 3150 Natural eutrophic lakes with Magnopotamion or Hydrocharition – type vegetation; 6210* Semi-natural dry grasslands and scrubland facies on calcareous substrates (Festuco-Brometalia) (* important orchid sites); 6420 Mediterranean tall humid grasslands of the Molinio-Holoschoenion; 6430 Hydrophilous tall herb fringe communities of plains and of the montane to alpine levels; 8330 Submerged or partially submerged sea caves; 92A0 Salix alba and Populus alba galleries;

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to eradicate high grass riparian vegetation and change it with woody shrub vegetation;
2. It is prohibited the compromising and destroying the natural vegetation in coastal beaches and dunes outside the active beach area, except for cleaning from invasive alien species; damage or destruction of the dunes by plowing, digging, backfilling, leveling, compaction, parking, etc .;
3. It is prohibited the introduction of non-native species in pastures, natural bodies of water, dunes, ravines and woodlands as well as deliberate introduction of alien species in the marine environment;
4. It is prohibited altering the way of sustainable use, plowing, planting and turning in permanent crops of pastures, grasslands, wetlands, dunes and plowing, planting and turning in permanent crops of arable land, which are not included in rotation 5 years or more in the use of agricultural land as such;
5. It prohibited the movement of vehicles off existing roads (including agricultural, forest, field, local and departmental roads) in non-urban areas except for conducting agricultural, forestry, emergency and control activities or previously agreed duly itineraries;
6. It is prohibited the use of mineral fertilizers in pastures, abandoned cropland and forest areas, as well as plant protection products and biocides excluding those authorized for organic production and calamity, epiphytoty, epizootic or epidemic;
7. It is prohibited the prospecting for minerals (construction and stone materials), creating new and expanding concession areas for extraction of minerals (construction and stone materials); prohibition does not apply in cases where the date of publication of the order in the "Official Gazette" has started a procedure for granting permits for prospecting and / or exploration and / or the concession for extraction under Subsurface Resources Act (SRA) and Concessions Act, or a procedure for their coordination under Chapter Six of the Law on environmental protection and / or art. 31 of the Biological Diversity Act or an application for registration of a commercial discovery;
8. It prohibited the construction of permanent constructions, artificial underwater reefs and islands on marine habitats except a coastal fortification and nature conservation, and for maintenance and restoration activities;
9. It is prohibited the use of bottom trawling and dredging means, including beam trawling and sucking dredge, disposal of dredging masses in the range of marine habitats;
10. It is prohibited commercial catch of sand mussels Donacilla cornea, Donax trunculus, Chamelea gallina and ten-leg-crustaceans Upogebia pusilla and Callianassa candida and industrial use of sea grass of the species Zostera marina, Zostera. noltii, Zannichellia palustris, Potamogeton pectinatus ;
11. It is prohibited changes in the hydrological regime through drainage correction, obstruction of dikes within water dependent natural habitats; Exceptions are allowed in urban areas, in disaster, accident or activities that improve the conservation status of habitats;
12. It is prohibited altering designation of agricultural lands and forest areas, unless this is provided in an effective master plan, with the exception of properties within the boundaries of the settlements and settlement formations.
