Article 6, paragraph 1, section 3 from Biological Diversity Act: Dalmatian Pelican(Pelecanus crispus), Pygmy Cormorant(Phalacrocorax pygmeus), Bittern (Botaurus stellaris), Little Bittern (Ixobrychus minutus), Night Heron (Nycticorax nycticorax), Little Egret (Egretta garzetta),Great White Egret (Egretta alba), Purple Heron(Ardea purpurea), Glossy Ibis (Plegadis falcinellus), Whooper Swan (Cygnus cygnus), Ferruginous Duck (Aythya nyroca), Osprey (Pandion haliaetus), Marsh Harrier (Circus aeruginosus), Bonelli's Eagle (Hieraaetus fasciatus), Ruff (Philomachus pugnax), Wood Sandpiper (Tringa glareola), Short-eared Owl (Asio flammeus), Common Kingfisher (Alcedo atthis), European Roller (Coracias garrulus), Red-backed Shrike (Lanius collurio), Lesser Grey Shrike (Lanius minor);

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction, except associated with fishproduction, repair and reconstruction of roads, electricity, water, sewage, wastewater treatment and overcome the emergency;
2. It is prohiboited searching, prospecting and extraction of minerals;
3. It is prohibited to deposit or temporary storage waste;
4. It is prohibited afforestation of meadows, pastures and grassland, as well as to transform it in area under cultivation and permanent crops;
5. It is prohibited to carry out felling during the breeding season of the birds from 1 march to 31 july;
6. It is prohibited to use non-selective means for fighting with the pests in the agricultural and forestry ;
7. It is prohibited overall drainage of the smalldam in the period 1 May to 31 August;
8. It is prohibited mowing and setting on fire the cane in the expanse of water fom 1 march to 30 september;
9. It is prohibited to practice entertaining water tourism with motor vessels during the breeding season of the birds;
