3. It is prohibited to use pesticides and fertilizers in pastures and meadows;
4. It is prohibited expanding of existing quarries, except those for which at the date of promulgation of the arrest in the ''Official Gazette" has started proceedings under Chapter Six of the Law for Environmental Protection and / or art. 31 M
5. It is prohibited to change the purpose and/or the sustainable use of the meadows, pastures, glades, land, water tanks, water flows, coastal cliffs in the agricultural and forest fund, except the cases, when ...
6. It is prohibited the construction of photovoltaic systems and wind generators for electricity in agricultural land, which is with way of permanent use, except described in the prohibition in section 1.5 ?.
7. It is forbidden to hunt a Red-breasted Goose (Branta ruficollis).
8. It is forbidden to hunt waterfowl birds during the dark part of the day.
9. It is forbidden to introduce crops other than traditional for the region.
10. The Minister of Environment and Waters temporarily suspends the operation of single wind turbines, wind turbines or entire wind farm parks in the bright day of the day in the presence of intensive bird migration data, which in combination with specific climatic conditions create a collision hazard of birds with wind turbine propellers. The measure does not apply to single wind turbines, wind turbines or whole wind farms that have an early warning system or are integrated in an integrated one and meet all operational requirements. This exception is not applicable if the early warning systems are proven to be ineffective.
