Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection and maintenance of the habitats of the birds under item 2 to reach their favorable conservation status
2. Restoration of habitats for birds in item 2, which is necessary to improve the conservation condition.

Objects of protection (species or habitats):
1. Article 6, paragraph 1, section 3 from Biological Diversity Act: Little Bittern (Ixobrychus minutus), Little Egret (Egretta garzetta), Great Egret (Egretta alba), Black Stork (Ciconia nigra), White Stork (Ciconia ciconia), Glossy Ibis (Plegadis falcinellus), Western Marsh Harrier (Circus aeruginosus ), Hen Harrier (Circus cyaneus), Long-legged Buzzard (Buteo rufinus), Spotted Crake (Porzana porzana), Baillon's Crake (Porzana pusilla), Black-winged Stilt (Himantopus himantopus), Collared Pratincole (Glareola pratincola), Whiskered Tern (Chlidonias hybridus), Common Kingfisher (Alcedo atthis), Calandra Lark (Melanocorypha calandra), Red-backed Shrike (Lanius collurio);
2. Article 6, paragraph 1, section 4 from Biological Diversity Act: Grey Heron (Ardea cinerea), Mallard (Anas platyrhynchos), Garganey (Anas querquedula), Tufted Duck (Aythya fuligula), Common Buzzard (Buteo buteo), Kestrel (kestrel) (Falco tinnunculus), Common Moorhen (Gallinula chloropus) , Northern Lapwing (Vanellus vanellus), Common Redshank (Tringa totanus), Green Sandpiper (Tringa ochropus), Caspian Gull (Larus cachinnans).

Current prohibitions and regimes:

2. It is prohibited burning of pastures, cane massifs and the vegetation around the shores;
3. It is prohibited to use unselected preventive for pest control in the in the agriculture.
