Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of the habitats of the birds under item 2, their populations and distribution within the area to achieve and maintain their favorable conservation status;
2. Improvement of the state of the habitats of the bird species: Hazel grouse (Bonasa bonasia), Western capercaillie (Tetrao urogallus), Corncrake (Crex crex), White-backed woodpecker (Dendrocopos leucotos) and Three-toed woodpecker (Picoides tridactylus) until their favorable conservation status is achieved;
3. Maintainance of the other bird species habitats (not mentioned in the previous aim) under item 2;
4. Restoration of the habitats of the birds under item 2 and recovery of their populations if needed.

Objects of protection (species or habitats):
1. Article 6, paragraph 1, section 3 from Biological Diversity Act: Honey Buzzard (Pernis apivorus), Short-toed Eagle (Circaetus gallicus), Golden eagle (Aquila chrysaetos), Peregrine Falcon (Falco peregrinus), Hazel Hen (Bonasa bonasia), Western capercaillie (Tetrao urogallus), Corncrake (Crex crex), Eurasian Eagle-owl (Bubo bubo), Eurasian Pygmy Owl (Glaucidium passerinum), Tengmalm's Owl (Aegolius funereus), Nightjar (Caprimulgus europaeus), Black Woodpecker (Dryocopus martius), Middle Spotted Woodpecker (Dendrocopos medius), White-backed Woodpecker (Dendrocopos leucotos), Three-toed Woodpecker (Picoides tridactylus), Woodlark (Lullula arborea), Red-backed Shrike (Lanius collurio).

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to alter the way of sustainable use, plowing, planting and turning pastures, grasslands, wetlands into permanent crops while using agricultural lands as such;
2. It is prohibited the use of pesticides, mineral, foliar and micro fertilizers as well as biologicaly active substances, which did not received biological and toxicological registration from the commissions and councils led by Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Environment and Water;
3. The use of mineral fertilizers in the pastures, meadows, abandoned ploughlands and forests is prohibited. Also it is prohibited to use professional category products for plant protection, except for calamities and epiphytotics;
4. It is prohibited to burn stubbles, boundary and road strips and areas with dry vegetation;
5. The mowing of meadows from the periphery to the center with fast-moving equipment before 15 July is prohibited;
6. It it prohibited to introduce and to deliberately distribute non-native species into the wild;
7. It is prohibited to search and to research for widely spread minerals (construction and stone materials), creating new and expanding concession areas for extraction of minerals (construction and stone materials); except in cases where the date of publication of the order in the "Official Gazette" has started a procedure for granting permits for prospecting and / or exploration and / or the concession for extraction under Subsurface Resources Act (SRA) and Concessions Act, or a procedure for their coordination under Chapter Six of the Law on environmental protection and / or art. 31 of the Biological Diversity Act or an application for registration of a commercial discovery;
8. The movement of vehicles outside of the existing roads (including forest, agricultural and departmental roads) in non-urban areas is prohibited except for conducting agricultural, forestry, hunting, fire precaution, emergency and control activities or previously agreed with the Regional Inspectorates of Environment and Water itineraries;
9. It is prohibited to damage or to destroy the leks - the courting grounds of the Western capercaillie (Tetrao urogallus) and to conduct forestry, construction and reconstruction work in the area of the permanently established courting grounds of the Western capercaillie during the mating season (march - july).
